Why Democrats Want Immediate Vote on Port Deal
Democrats have called for an immediate vote on the UAE port deal. This call for a vote is not about national security. Its about November.
Republican members of Congress have been preaching to their constituents that they want a deeper look into the deal and prefer not to make rash decisions. By going against the White House on this they have regained the satisfaction of Americans on the national security issue.
Democrats know that this will deal be defeated in a vote. But they need the issue to go away now. The longer this plays out the more it goes into favor with Republicans.

It's my understanding that Dubrai backed out of the deal, after Ms Clinton and the other Senator drafted the bill to outlaw foreign country's from control of our ports, um, I mean to run 6 Eastern seaports. Wonder about all unemployed and starving Americans, none could benefit from ownership and hiring other tax paying legal citizens to work for them?
